Meeting tomorrow, 4/4
Tomorrow morning, April 4th, the Rent Guidelines
Board is holding a public meeting to discuss the 2013 Income and Affordability
study. (Last year's study is online here.) This important document looks at the economic hardships facing tenants
in the current economy. (For more on this, see our posts on Wages and Rents, part 1 and part 2.) The meeting will be held at 9:30 am in the Landmarks Preservation
Commission Conference Room, 1
Centre Street , 9th floor. We encourage
any interested tenants to attend!
